The monthly tiers

Tiers are set by the size of your trailer fleet, not by feature set. Every tier includes every feature.

• Starter (R700 per site / month): fewer than 20 trailers.
• Growth (R850 per site / month): 20–40 trailers.
• Enterprise (R1,100 per site / month): more than 40 trailers.

All three tiers include bookings and reservations, automated contract generation, South African driver's licence scanning, customer vetting, the industry fraud network, client documents, data backups and priority support. Multi-site operators see every branch on one dashboard on any tier. All prices are per site, per month, VAT included.

What about hardware?

The system runs on any phone via the app, so most sites need no hardware at all. The one optional extra is the dedicated scanner device, which reads a South African driver's licence and the towing vehicle's licence disc in seconds and builds the customer profile automatically. It is R8,000 once-off, and can be financed over 12 months.

What does customer vetting cost?

Vetting through our Inspirit partnership is R15 per check, charged at cost with no margin added by Sparked Rentals. Most shops recover it as a small onboarding line item on a customer's first rental, and one prevented trailer theft pays for years of checks, because trailers cost R40,000–R100,000 to replace.
